Hi Everyone

It's May 1st, 2013 and it's Wednesday! So here is our Show N Tell Linky PARTY theme is Spring2Summer. I made a card to express how I feel when spring is here and summer is coming. I love to use flip flops in the Spring but when Summer comes I just want to go to the beach and walk around bare foot. (I don't like shoes). Don't get me wrong I have shoes and sneakers and I have lots but I love walking bare foot or in my flip flops. Hope you enjoy my card! Thanks for stopping by. Supplies: Cricut cartridge Teddy Bear Parade, Traveler creative memory, doodle charms and paper dolls dress up. The bear was cut out at 3 3/4 inches, flip flops at 3/4 inches, sun 1 1/4 inch, palm tree 3 inches. I used some rhinestones for the flip flops and and flower rhinestone for the bears swim suit.  Last was my sentiment "Bear Footin" from Maymay, stamp set. Monday's Connect Four Challenge for Maymaymadeit

Today is the day, Challenge day!

For those of you that have never done a challenge like this, Maymay will attempt to explain it.

Okay, so you've played connect four before, right? Well this is how this works, you pick four squares but they must all touch each other.

The line connects, rain, spring, umbrella and funny. Therefore, my card must reflect each of these items. I might make a card with an umbrella on a spring with glossy accent dots to resemble rain and have a funny sentiment to go with it. That is just one example and it is pretty literal. You can stretch your card thoughts and go anyway with it. You can pick the direction your line travels, just be sure that each items touches.

I used Teddy Bear Parade cricut cartridge and "Beary Sentimental" stamp set from www.maymaymadeit.com I cut the bear at 2 inches and used the sentiment Get Bearder Soon! I made the decision of buying my Momma this bear from Walmart for $4.94 and I altered it by added a sweet sentiment from Maymay to tell my Momma "I love you Beary much"

I used teddy bear parade cricut cart, "Beary sentimental" stamp set by Maymaymadeit, spellbinder label 17, ek success stickers, peachykeen teddy bear assortment stamp set, 3 bugs in a rug paper pad "one fine day", a star punch, Hersey cookie and cream candy bar (yum), rhinestones, bakers twine "honey dew".
